Trinity outlasted 19 other Southern Nevada high schools to capture the championship at the Halloween Hoops tournament over the weekend.

Trinity defeated Bishop Gorman 37-23 in the title game. In the semifinals, Trinity topped Desert Pines, while Bishop Gorman beat Clark.

On Saturday night, Findlay Prep played the Best of Las Vegas, an all-star team composed of some of the top players in Southern Nevada. Findlay Prep won 88-46.
